Complete Hydration is a daily hydration and wellness powder formulated around female physiology. One serving provides a full electrolyte profile, active-form B vitamins, chelated trace minerals, and a clinically studied 40:1 myo to d-chiro inositol ratio.† Most electrolyte mixes were formulated for a generic body and then marketed to women. We started from a different place. Women lose iron each cycle, commonly fall short on magnesium and choline, and roughly 40% carry an MTHFR variant that limits how well they use synthetic folic acid. Sports drinks are built around athletic output, typically sugar, sodium, and little else. Complete Hydration is built for daily use: no added sugar, and a full micronutrient panel alongside the electrolytes, in forms selected for absorption rather than cost.

Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are naturally occurring compounds that act as second messengers in insulin signaling. The 40:1 ratio mirrors the ratio found naturally in human plasma and follicular fluid, and it is the ratio used in women's health research. Each serving provides 1,000 mg of myo-inositol and 25 mg of D-chiro-inositol.†

Some vitamins require conversion by the body before they can be used. Methylated forms are already in the active state. We use methylfolate rather than folic acid, methylcobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin, and P-5-P rather than pyridoxine HCl. These forms cost more. They also skip a conversion step that is limited in many women, including the roughly 40% who carry an MTHFR variant.

Many formulas use inexpensive mineral oxides, which look identical on a label but are poorly absorbed. We use citrate and chelated forms instead: magnesium citrate and bisglycinate, Ferrochel® ferrous bisglycinate iron, and Albion® chelated selenium, copper, and manganese. These absorb better and are gentler on the stomach.

A few worth mentioning to your provider or pharmacist. The formula contains vitamin K2, which is relevant if you take blood thinners. It also contains iodine and selenium, which can affect thyroid medication timing and dosing, and 10 mg of iron, which is worth noting if you already supplement iron separately. More generally, check with your doctor before starting any new supplement, particularly if you take medication, are managing a health condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Speak with your healthcare provider first. Complete Hydration is not a prenatal vitamin and should not replace one. Pregnancy and breastfeeding increase requirements for folate, iron, choline, iodine, and DHA beyond what a hydration product is designed to provide.

No added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no sugar alcohols, no artificial colors, and no artificial flavors. It is sweetened with monk fruit extract and colored with real fruits and vegetables. It is free from gluten, dairy, and soy. It does contain coconut (coconut water powder), so it is not appropriate if you have a coconut sensitivity.

No. It contains no caffeine, no stimulants, and no melatonin, so it can be taken at any time of day.

Yes, it is formulated for daily use. One stick pack or one scoop per day is the intended serving. If you are considering a second serving because of heavy training or heat exposure, check with your healthcare provider first, primarily because the formula contains iron and iodine.

Nothing in the formula is unsafe for men. It is dosed around female physiology, particularly the iron and the inositol complex, and most men require less iron than this provides.

The formula is dosed for adult women. For anyone under 18, check with a pediatrician first.

For many supplements, yes! In fact, Angel Dust complete hydration can often replace multiple supplements. It's always recommended to discuss any changes to your supplement routine with your healthcare provider.

Angel Dust Complete Hydration comes in two flavors: Raspberry Hibiscus, which is light and floral, and Mango Pineapple, which is tropical and juicy. Both are well-balanced and refreshing, never candy-sweet or overly salty. To mix your hydration drink, add one stick pack or scoop to 12 to 16 oz of water, shake or stir well, and serve chilled or over ice. Feel free to use more or less water to adjust the flavor to your taste.

This is expected. The formula contains no unnecessary fillers, and a panel this comprehensive will not fully dissolve the way a simple sugar-and-salt mix does. A small amount of sediment means the full formula is present. Shake well.

Whenever it fits your routine. Most people take it in the morning or around a workout. Because it is caffeine-free, timing is flexible.

Hydration is typically what people notice first, often within the first few days. The micronutrient side works on a longer timeline. Nutrient stores replenish gradually, so consistency matters more than any individual serving. Individual experiences vary, and this is not a substitute for discussing how you feel with your healthcare provider.†

Water is what the formula is designed for, and sparkling water works well. We would not recommend mixing it into coffee or milk, as the flavor system is built around a fruit-forward profile.
